China Business Knowledge @ CUHK Luncheon Series: Why Team Diversity Matters and How to Manage It


CUHK Business School invites members of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce to participate in their China Business Knowledge @ CUHK Luncheon Series, to be held on 22 March at CUHK Business School Town Centre in Central. This lecture series centres on the theme “Why Team Diversity Matters and How to Manage It”. Prof. Dora Lau, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, will discuss how diversity is perceived differently in Chinese companies and how to make the most out of diverse teams to achieve success. Alumnus Mr. Alan Yip, Chairman and CEO of Guru Online, will discuss how he works with the young generation in his company and how diversity helps his teams thrive.
