We exist to serve clients across borders. We advise our clients mainly on international corporate law matters, transactions, and disputes. The firm was set up by Kristian Odebjer and Paulo Fohlin in Hong Kong in 2011. In 2019, we opened our Stockholm office. We offer a full suite of Hong Kong law services in association with Boase Cohen & Collins. We work with ambitious young companies, as well as with more mature firms. Typically, we stay close to the business activities of our clients. We believe this allows us to work efficiently, and to craft legal solutions that cater to the specific situation at hand.
