EQT Partners Asia Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of EQT Partners AB, and has a close affiliation with Investor AB. The Company advises the funds EQT Greater China II Limited Partnership and EQT Mid Market Limited Partnership on investment activities in the Greater China and Southeast Asia region. EQT Greater China II Limited Partnership was closed in December 2006 with total commitments of US$ 535 million; EQT Mid Market Limited Partnership was closed in January 2014 with total commitments of EUR 1,054 million. They represent two of the largest mid-market funds focusing specifically on buyout and control/co-control investment opportunities in the region.
