ICA Global Sourcing Ltd. is a member of ICA Gruppen AB, a leading retail company with a focus on food and health in the Nordic regions, with more than 1,900 of its own and retailer-owned stores in Sweden and the Baltic countries. The Group includes ICA Sweden and Rimi Baltic, which mainly operates grocery stores, ICA Fastigheter, which owns and manages properties, ICA Banken, which offers financial services, and Apotek Hjärtat, which operates pharmacy operations.

ICA Global Sourcing Ltd. manages the Sourcing, Order follow-up, Quality Assurance and CSR functions in Asia for the ICA Gruppen AB Group, Rimi Baltic, and other European retailers such as Hemtex, Kesko, Ahold Delhaize and the Salling Group. ICA Global Sourcing Ltd. operates through a network of four sourcing offices around Asia. The head office is in Hong Kong, and the other three are in Shanghai, China; Dhaka, Bangladesh; and Bangalore, India.
