MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES - WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Companies and individuals of all nationalities who are interested in the objectives of the Chamber can join. Memberships are valid for the company, i e depending on membership level - a certain number of employees can attend the events.
You and/or your company can join as:
Ordinary Member
Annual Fee: HKD 3,900 - 15,000
Annual Fee depending on the number of employees in Hong Kong

WHO CAN JOIN?
Any legal entity, partnership, association or proprietorship may apply to become an Ordinary Member of the Chamber. Ordinary Members are the only type of members entitled to receive notice and vote at any meetings of the Chamber. All ordinary members have one (1) vote at the Annual General Meeting.
MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVES
Each corporate membership entitles a set number of representatives who will receive exclusive access to the SwedCham ecosystem.
1 employee - 1 representative
2-3 employees - 2-3 representatives
4-14 employees - 4-6 representatives
15-99 employees - 10 representatives
100+ employees - 20 representatives
ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVES
Any Corporate Member can add additional employees for a cost of HKD 1,500 per person.

* Companies in this category cannot be publicly traded, have more than 1,000 employees globally, or operations in more than 5 countries. In that case, the membership will automatically be upgraded to the HKD 7,500 level.
STARTUP DISCOUNT
Startups will receive an HKD1,000 discount during the three first years from the registration date. After that, they will automatically be transferred to the corresponding regular membership price/category.
Individual Member

WHO CAN JOIN?
Any individual engaged or interested in commerce between Sweden and Hong Kong may apply to become an Individual Member of the Chamber. An Individual Member has no right to vote. All individual members have full access to our events at reduced prices (with rare exceptions).

Overseas Member

WHO CAN JOIN?
Any legal entity, partnership, association or proprietorship registered in other countries outside Hong Kong may apply to become an Overseas Member of the Chamber.
An Overseas Member has no right to vote.
Student & Internship Member - Annual Fee: HKD750

WHO CAN JOIN?
Any student or currently pursuing an internship who is engaged or interested in the Chamber's objectives may apply to become a Student / Internship Member of the Chamber. A Student/Internship Member has no right to vote. Student/Intern members have full access to the Chamber´s events at reduced prices (with some exceptions as the AGM etc.).
For students, we have 6 months membership available.
