The founder of the SwedCham member company Leva Counselling, Malin Rigneus, has written an article on how to cope during COVID-19. The currently extended exposure to uncertain times have for many individuals had a negative impact on their mental health. A large proportion of people are currently experiencing feelings of anxiety, low mood and loneliness. Exercising control in an otherwise unpredictable world can bring about a sense of calm.
