As reported earlier the government launched a public consultation period in the end of January, regarding a proposed new legislation, under Article 23, including such topics as foreign interference and state secrets. SwedCham has invited its members to share questions and concerns in writing and/or at a roundtable meeting, SwedCham representatives have been part of two consultative sessions with government representatives and we will be submitting our comments in writing. Please  if you want to know more.
