SwedCham member and Nordic Fine dining restaurant Embla recently announced its 2023 seasonal spring menu, as well as a partnership with MICHELIN Star Swedish Restaurant ÄNG, based in Tvååker, Sweden.

On March 21st and 22nd, Embla Executive Chef Jim Löfdahl will host Filip Gemzell of ÄNG, for a four-hands collaboration presenting a unique nordic fine dining experience. Read more in the Embla news release.
